  The "Two Establishes and Two Safeguards" is the biggest political achievement accumulated in the historic decisive battle to achieve the first centennial goal, and also the biggest political guarantee to achieve the second centennial goal. It determines the direction, road and future.     Tianjin Development has stood at a new historical starting point.
