According to the unified deployment of the Municipal Party Committee, Duan Chunhua, member of the Publicity Mission of the Municipal Party Committee, secretary and director of the Party Leadership Group of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, recently delivered a lecture on the theme of learning and implementing the spirit of the 12th Municipal Party Congress and a special party lesson on "Welcoming the event, forging loyalty, strengthening responsibility, and pioneering achievements" for party members and cadres. Learning well, promoting well, and implementing the spirit of the 12th Party Congress is an important political task for the people's congresses at all levels in the city at present and in the future.
